When something clicks. A few simple honest questions to consider about the 2024 presidential election.

I'd be lying if I said I didn't have my suspicions. Realistically, I think there are a lot of things that potentially went into this election loss. I simply don't... discount the possibility of shenanigans. Do my suspicions suspect only shenanigans? No. As I said, I understand a lot of things, more than 2, can be true at the same time. Still... I don't know for sure, in these circumstances, how many things simultaneously are... versus how many things unequivocally are not.

I don't know which one thing contributed to it... or which 14 or more things contributed to it... versus my knowing which things... definitely did not contribute to it.

But... I can confidently express this: despite however many things came together to push Donald Trump over the winning line in the results, and keep Kamala Harris behind it in the results... that... no... no, I do not say, "Amongst all of the things contributing to this result... there's no way voting manipulation shenanigans we're included as having had anything to do with it. No way. Unlikely. Inconceivable."

I do not say that.

But rather than getting into my assessment of why this is a part of my suspicion, at least a part of it... not a part of my verified conclusion... but a part of my reasonable suspicion...

let alone... why it simultaneously is not, nor has it ever been a part of my suspicion against the basis of Joe Biden's 2020 win...

I'd simply like to posit a question to those who did want and did vote for Kamala Harris to win... but who categorically assert that the notion of election results manipulation shenanigans of any sort in any way, at least contributing to any of the other, perhaps simultaneously, comparatively less sensational factors leading to why she didn't win... are, by your assertion... completely inconceivable and/or unrealistic:

Is it that you believe that the Trump administration, and all of its associates, from Elon Musk, to their supporting silicon valley "tech bros," to the entire nation of Russia and China who have already been verified for attempting to manipulate our presidential election towards Donald Trump's win, in certain ways this time as well as in previous times...

that this Trump administration... yes, definitely would have manipulated the votes for this election... if they could have... but that they, with all of their financial resources, connections, strong-arming influence, the well known Republican long game sensibility to everything they do in politics, their countlessly demonstrated willingness to break rules to do it, and with the last 4 years of their potentially trying to better plan for such through all these resources... simply had no capability... none whatsoever... to manage to develop and follow through with doing this?

Or... do you feel that, yes, it is reasonably conceivable that, for all, some, or more than the above reasons... they perhaps would have been able to establish said resources, if they really pursued it, to manage to follow through with it... but that, even if they did have such capability, they would just simply never choose to pursue doing such a thing, thus shenanigans would never come to pass... because they simply... would never try to... so it, in no way, could reasonably be, in the least, any part of what we're looking at here... in this situation?

Do they have the ability... but no motive? Or do they have the motive... but no ability?

Motive, opportunity, and means.

"The ability of a suspect to commit a crime is the means, the reason the suspect needed to commit the crime is the motive, and whether or not the suspect had the actual chance to perform the crime is the opportunity. Under these circumstances – opportunity – is useful because it introduces the concept of alibi evidence."

Like I said... I don't have a proven conclusion as to everything that went into this result. But along with hearing a lot of theories as to why things don't add up, and not hearing anything that quite definitely debunks them, aside... do I for any reason categorically completely remove shenanigans of vote manipulation from my suspicions... that such may have possibly been... at least a part of it?

No. I think it's reasonable to say that one would.. or even reasonably... should... have such... suspicions... given the big picture... from a 34-convictions felon... who's lived his entire life... getting everything he ever wanted.. through the cheating actions of a con man.

How do societies normally handle... someone being reasonably suspected for... a relatively small crime?

How about... for a relatively ginormous one?

Update 11/15/2024: Well, it's been a few days since my writing the above, and I've finally heard a breakdown that gives me, not exactly satisfaction, but closure.

As one standing by my legitimate right to question, as I definitely did & would again had I the repeat chance..

at least to my sensibilities..

this assessing answer from
Pro-Democracy attorney as well as founder of Democracy Docket, Marc Elias, who has been a fierce defender of our free and fair elections, for several election cycles...

his analysis rings true to me:

Thus, I'd surmise we've other campaigning problems needing our attention, lest we fool ourselves into not understanding this, and let those problems persist on remedied for future elections to our even more dire detriment.

I still say, first things first: what can we do now to stop this new administration, to completely disempower them, from preventing the existence of future elections, or perverting the restriction against trying to run for a third term from you know who? Just two of the collection of issues we need to laser focus our attentions on right now.
